What we do after a valid notice
When we receive a complete notice that substantially complies with the requirements above, we will review it promptly. Where appropriate, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, notify the relevant party, and take other steps we consider reasonable. Incomplete notices may delay action until we can verify the claim.

We may restore the material if the original complainant does not seek a court order within the applicable period.
Repeat infringers
Where applicable, we may terminate or restrict accounts, partner access, or related services for users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
Misrepresentation
Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing (or was removed by mistake) may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. Please only file notices you are authorized to send.
