License Terms

These License Terms explain the rights you receive when you purchase a ResellReady package. Your order confirmation and any signed or issued certificate control if there is a conflict with this summary.

1. Intellectual property

Underlying software products remain the intellectual property of Door Soft. You receive a license to use and, where purchased, redistribute under the terms of your package — not a transfer of Door Soft’s company ownership or trademarks unless expressly granted.

2. SaaS / hosted white-label

Where you purchase a SaaS or hosted white-label option, you receive rights to offer the product to your clients under your branding on the infrastructure and plan described in your order. You may not claim ownership of the core codebase beyond the usage rights granted, and you must not share admin credentials in a way that violates your plan limits.

3. Redistribution / source-code packages

Where you purchase a redistribution (source code) package at the applicable Freelancer, Company, or other stated tier:

  • You may rebrand and sell the licensed product under your own brand within the scope of your tier
  • You receive the source materials described for that package
  • You receive written redistribution authorization as stated for eligible orders
  • Piracy-protection / domain-locking mechanisms included in the product must not be removed or defeated

4. White label

Eligible packages are intended to be 100% white label for your end clients (no “powered by ResellReady / Door Soft” requirement), except where a specific package description says otherwise.

5. Restrictions

Unless your written agreement says otherwise, you may not: resell the raw source package as a competing “white-label kit” to other resellers in a way that violates your tier; publish Door Soft’s private credentials; or use our trademarks in a misleading way that implies you are Door Soft.

6. Support

Support scope and duration follow your package (for example standard support windows and training). After included support ends, paid support may be available at published or agreed rates.
