These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to resellready.software and purchases of white-label software packages offered by ResellReady, a distribution channel of Door Soft (“we”, “us”).
1. Who we are
ResellReady markets and sells licenses for software products developed and owned by Door Soft. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms and the related legal pages linked in the footer.
2. Products and licenses
Product features, pricing tiers (including Freelancer / Company where applicable), SaaS white-label options, and redistribution (source code) options are described on each product page. The license you purchase is defined by your order confirmation, invoice, and any written redistribution certificate or agreement we issue for that order.
3. Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed after we receive cleared payment through an agreed method (for example Wise, Payoneer, bank transfer, or USDT). A payment link or payment instructions may be sent by email or WhatsApp. Prices are as listed unless we agree otherwise in writing.
4. Delivery
After payment confirmation, licensed materials are typically delivered digitally (for example via Google Drive or secure download) within the timeframe stated on the product or payment section (commonly within a few hours for standard packages). Delivery timelines for custom work may differ and will be agreed separately.
5. Support and training
Included support and training (such as standard support duration and live training) are as stated on the relevant product page and order. Customization and feature development are separate paid services unless explicitly included in writing.
6. Acceptable use
You must not reverse-engineer our licensing or domain-locking mechanisms to defeat piracy protection, misrepresent ownership of Door Soft’s intellectual property beyond the rights granted to you, or use the products for unlawful activity.
7. Website content
Marketing copy, demos, and screenshots are provided for evaluation. They do not replace the license documents issued for your purchase. We may update website content without notice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or licensed software. Our aggregate liability related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Door Soft, unless a written agreement for your order states otherwise. Disputes should first be raised with us in good faith via the contact details on our Contact page.
