This page explains product ownership and how ResellReady is authorized to distribute Door Soft software.

Product ownership

Every software product listed on ResellReady is developed and owned by Door Soft. Door Soft retains intellectual property in the underlying products, trademarks, and core codebase except for rights expressly licensed to customers.

ResellReady’s role

ResellReady is the official reseller and white-label distribution channel of Door Soft. It packages Door Soft products for:

SaaS partners — host/subscribe models under partner branding
Reseller / redistribution partners — sell under own brand with source where licensed

ResellReady operates as a sister concern distribution brand of Door Soft.

Authorization to buyers

When you purchase an eligible package, Door Soft (via ResellReady) authorizes you to use and, where applicable, redistribute the product under your brand according to your License Terms and any written Redistribution Agreement / certificate issued for your order.
