Redistribution Agreement

This page summarizes the redistribution rights typically granted to ResellReady partners who purchase an eligible redistribution / source-code package. The formal redistribution certificate or agreement issued for your order is the binding document.

Purpose

Door Soft, via ResellReady, authorizes qualified buyers to rebrand and commercially redistribute the licensed software product to end customers under the buyer’s own brand, within the limits of the purchased tier.

What partners typically receive

  • Licensed source package for the purchased product
  • Permission to white-label branding for end customers
  • A written redistribution certificate / partnership document for eligible orders
  • Support and training as stated on the product page and order

Partner obligations

  • Sell and support end customers under your own brand responsibly
  • Respect tier limits (for example client-count or usage limits if stated on your package)
  • Do not defeat license, domain-lock, or anti-piracy controls included in the product
  • Do not misrepresent that you developed the original product for Door Soft / ResellReady unless true

What this is not

This summary is not a transferable exclusive global IP assignment of Door Soft’s codebase. Ownership of the underlying software remains with Door Soft; you receive redistribution rights as licensed.

Issuance

After payment confirmation, eligible orders receive the written agreement / certificate along with delivery materials. If you need a sample or have not received yours, contact us with your order reference.
